This website is general information about the services we offer. It is not an offer of coverage, a quote, or a guarantee that you’ll be eligible for any product described here.

Nothing on this site is individual advice. Advice happens in a conversation with a licensed advisor who knows your situation — not on a web page.

Product terms govern

Descriptions of plans, memberships and programs on this site are summaries. The actual terms, benefits, exclusions, limitations and costs are set out in the plan documents, member guidelines or program terms for each product. Where this site and those documents differ, those documents govern. Read them before you enroll.

Not insurance

Next Level PRIME is a direct primary care membership, not health insurance. It does not meet the definition of minimum essential coverage and is not a substitute for a major medical plan. Membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment.

Health care sharing arrangements are not insurance. Participation is not a contract of indemnity, there is no guarantee that medical expenses will be shared, and these programs are not regulated as insurance or protected by any state guaranty association. Members remain personally responsible for their own medical bills.

No medical advice

We are benefits advisors, not clinicians. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For medical questions, speak to a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but plan availability, pricing, carrier participation and regulation all change. We don’t warrant that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and we may change content without notice.

Third-party links

Some links go to carriers, programs or administrators we work with. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave ours.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Tribe Advisors LLC, except where third-party material is used with permission. Please don’t reproduce it commercially without asking us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tribe Advisors LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including our obligations to you as a licensed advisor once we’re actually advising you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
