Membership + sharing arrangement

PRIME + health sharing

The two products together. Each one has a gap the other fills: PRIME handles the care you use routinely, sharing handles the bill you hope never arrives.

How the pairing works

Two layers, two different jobs

They are separate products with separate rules, bought together. Neither one is insurance, and the disclosures for both apply.

Everyday care

Next Level PRIME

Covers: Primary care, urgent care, labs, immunizations, behavioral health, coaching. Unlimited visits with nothing to pay at the visit.

On its own, misses: Doesn’t cover hospitalization, surgery or major medical events.

Large unexpected bills

Health sharing

Covers: Eligible major medical expenses shared among members — the hospital stay, the surgery, the accident.

On its own, misses: Sharing is not guaranteed, and routine everyday care generally isn’t shared.

Why people choose the pair

Taken separately, each product leaves an obvious hole. PRIME alone means an unexpected hospital stay is entirely on you. Sharing alone means you’re paying out of pocket every time you need a routine appointment.

Together they cover both ends, and for most households the combined monthly cost still comes in below a comparable individual major medical plan. Whether that’s true for your household depends on your subsidy eligibility and how much care you actually use — which is exactly what we’ll work out with you.

Before you enroll

Two things worth being certain about: PRIME carries a 12-month minimum commitment, and health sharing is not a guarantee that your bills will be paid. Both are workable trade-offs for the right person — and genuinely bad ones for the wrong person.

We’ll go through the guidelines with you before anything is signed.
