Direct primary care membership

Next Level PRIME

A monthly membership that covers your everyday healthcare. You see a provider as often as you need to, and there’s nothing to pay at the visit.

What you get

What the membership covers — and what it doesn’t

Both lists matter. PRIME is built for everyday care, and it is not a substitute for major medical coverage.

Included

  • Primary and preventive care — annual physicals, chronic condition management
  • Urgent care — colds and flu, minor injuries, stitches, X-rays
  • Comprehensive lab services and immunizations
  • Behavioral health counseling
  • Health and wellness coaching, including nutrition and exercise planning
  • Weight management support
  • Access to durable medical equipment

Not included

  • Hospitalization and emergency room care
  • Surgery and specialist treatment
  • Cancer treatment and other major medical events
  • Prescription drug coverage beyond what the clinic dispenses

For these, most members pair PRIME with health sharing or keep a major medical plan alongside it.

The details

How it works in practice

Availability

Care is available seven days a week, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Outside those hours, urgent and emergency care go through the normal channels.

Commitment

Membership requires a 12-month minimum term. It’s worth being sure before you enroll.

Cost at the visit

Nothing. Covered services carry no per-visit charge, copay or deductible — that’s the point of the membership model.

What it costs monthly

Membership pricing depends on household size and the options you choose. We’ll give you the exact figure on a short call rather than publishing a range that turns out not to apply to you.

Is PRIME right for you?

It depends on how much routine care you actually use, and what else you have in place. Fifteen minutes on the phone will tell you.
