Who this covers

This policy applies to https://tribeadvisors.com, operated by Tribe Advisors LLC (“we”, “us”). It describes what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the consultation form, we collect only what we need to respond to you:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your ZIP code
• What you’re interested in and your rough timeline
• For business enquiries: your company name, approximate employee count and current renewal date
• Anything you choose to write in the message field
• A record that you consented to be contacted, and when

What we deliberately do not collect here

This website does not collect dates of birth, home addresses, Social Security numbers, dependent details, or any information about your health, medical history or diagnoses. There is no file upload anywhere on this site.

Where that kind of information is genuinely needed — to enroll you in a plan, or to set up group coverage — we collect it separately, after we’ve spoken, through a channel we agree with you. It does not travel through this website.

How we use it

We use what you submit to:

• Contact you about the request you made
• Work out which products may suit you and prepare quotes or options
• Keep a record of the advice we gave, as our profession requires

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and sent to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Both act as service providers, processing the data on our instructions.

If you go on to enroll in a plan, we share what’s necessary with the relevant carrier, program or administrator. We’ll tell you who that is before we do it.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as we have a relationship with you, and afterwards for the period our professional and regulatory obligations require. If you’d like your enquiry deleted and we have no ongoing obligation to keep it, contact us and we will.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party trackers or social media pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font host.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are processed on our server, and the credentials used to reach our CRM and email provider are held server-side and never exposed to your browser. Submissions are rate-limited to deter abuse.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t claim otherwise. But we’ve deliberately designed this site so that the sensitive information isn’t here to begin with.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@tribeadvisors.com or call 346-306-1270. You can opt out of contact at any time and we’ll stop.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. For anything significant, we’ll say so more prominently.
